Charleigh would climb up onto Ben's shoulder's while he was underwater and he would raise her up as he stood up. If she was still standing she would jump off into the water. After an hour or so this game only got old for one of them, can you guess who?

Charleigh and Ben had a good time playing in the water.

She would pretend her Dad was a bull and she was in a rodeo!

Ashleigh had to eat her apple on one sid eof her mouth becasue she is missing the other teeth.

ICE CREAM KISSES.....

Charleigh got an ice cream cone from Aunt Dawn for being such a good girl and getting her pictures taken. sIt was very hot out and the ice cream was a nice treat but was melting fast. It was all over Charleigh's face.

Grandaddy asked for a kiss.... and of course she got ice cream all over his face too. His reaction was priceless. It made Charleigh laugh too. She loves to make everyone scream in disgust or in fear or both. She was chasing me with a rubber mouse this morning and wanted me to pretend to cry. She would say "Cry Mama. Cry" and then she would threaten me some more with the fake mouse.

Something to be Proud of......

Last Night was the final night of the Outlaw Rodeo 2008 tour, in Eureka, Mo. They had a thing called the iron man challenge where contestants that entered, rode in 3 events: Bareback Riding, Saddle Bronc riding, and of course Bull riding. And I'm sure you guessed it.... Ben was one of the ones who entered. along with one of of friends Zach Livingston.
Ben was the first bareback rider out of the chute and RODE!!!! Zach and him ended up splitting 1st place in this event. next was Saddle bronc and unfortunately they both got thrown, more like launched off of their horses. They both had excellent starts but couldn't hold out for the full 8 seconds! And last was bull riding(the event of choice for both Zach and Ben) and it also ended up with the bulls winning, Damn'em. But we all had a great time watching them Nobody got hurt(most important) and we left with some great memories. I am so proud of Ben, he already is the iron man. He finished each event with a smile on his face. Even in the bull riding where (if Ben's mom is reading this you might want to skip the section of the story) the bull had Ben down for a second and even Mike Gilliam(the owner of Outlaw) was in there trying to get Ben out safely. Ben still came out of the cloud of dust smiling and in one piece. Next year we are in it to win it! (well at least Ben is, but I will be there to make sure he has a loud cheering section!)
