Eating Pizza!!!

Just Dandy...

This is the night of Charleigh's birthday. Clementine came over to stay and play. Here they are playing "dandy" with Ben. For all of you who know Dandy, he is still going strong! For all of you who do not, he is Charity's 1st horse. He is 30 something and has done it all. He has thought many kids and even some adults how to ride. Charleigh has riden him a few times and now she likes for her dad to play like he is Dandy and give her rides all over the house. A couple of weeks ago the weather was half way warm, and Charleigh had been begging to ride, so we went for a ride. Ben got kicked in the knee by another horse and was hurting pretty bad. Charleigh was worried about her Daddy and she was crying. I told her he was fine and made him say it too. (he said it through a dry heave) Charleigh was still crying and she said "but I want him to be okay, I will neber eber(never ever) play Dandy again" So the truth comes out..... Ben is fine no major injuries and he has been playing "Dandy" for about 2 weeks now!!!

Charleigh's Birthday morning

Sweet girls.

Clementine wakes up early but she never gets up from where she is laying until she hears us up. She will always come in the room walking real slow with her head kind of ducked and a little smile on her face. She saw me decorating for Charleigh and she was excited and wanted to help. Then when Charleigh got up (which was only like 15 minutes later) Clementine said "Suprise, look Charleigh it's your birthday."

Charleigh lost her shirt in the middle of the night. By the looks of her hair it was a long night.

When we asked Charleigh Where Clementine would sleep she said "she can have my bed, and I'll sleep on the floor." I didn't think she would actually go for it when Clementine got here but she did. She is my little sweetie

Don't Blink....

I cannot believe my little baby is 4!!!! How did time get away from me so fast? I have had so much fun seeing her transform, but I am still sad. I know that evey year will go faster and faster until I am where our parents are now saying "Where did it go?"

Charleigh is 9 months old in this picture, Adalyn will be 9 months old on the 19th of this month. It makes me so sad that my girls are getting so big, why can't it just last a little longer? I need more time with them as my lttle girls.........

Ada has started making her own little snorty face like Charleigh did.

What a sweetie. Look at those chunky little baby arms and her round little face. Her face looks so grown up now.

The Dancing Queen

Charleigh loves to dance, this is first thing in the morning and she is full of life! Look at her go!

Charleigh got this toy from Great Grama Clark and Hollis and Adalyn just loves it!!!! (I was at work and Ben dressed her as you can clearly see. His defense was "they both have pink in them." Um yeah. nice try Ben. Your a great daddy but you won't be winning any awards for being the girls stylist.

We MOVED!!!!!

As soon as we got back from Mississippi we started moving into our new place. We bought my Grandma Clark's house. It is the one my dad lived in so it has some history and is special. It also has a great shop for Ben, a barn, and 2 other buildings. It also has the rodeo arena complete with back pens and chutes that they used to have their rodeos at. It needs some work to be brought back to how it was but we are ready to make it new and make it our own. So we have been super busy!


This is Charleigh sleeping in her new room! She picked out the color herself. The name on the can was "foxy" but we can it "pepto". Her room isn't finished et but it is coming along. She loves the new house

Sisters! Charleigh has been so good with Adalyn since day one! We could not be happier with how well Charleigh plays with her.

Mississippi for Christmas.

We have several Christmas celebrations every year. That is why it takes so long for me to post all of the pictures. Cousins are the best! It is so nice being able to hang out with everyone and to see the kids play together.

Tim and Christian. Tim is Ben's sister Dawn's boy which makes him our nephew! But it is more like he is Ben's younger brother. They grew up doing everything together.

Look at her little toes on the tray. This is how she has eaten for her whole life. You can count on her puttinf her foot up on the table or the tray everytime you feed her.

Charleigh the Blur

This girl is a dancer. An entertainer. She shakes her hips like a wild woman and loves to have "dance parties" I was trying to get a picture of the girls all playing but Charleigh wanted to show me some of her sweet moves. I need to have my camera on the action setting to capture her!

Adalyn has been giving kisses for about a month or so now. She loves to kiss certain people more than others. Clementine gets tons of them, which makes her very happy. She also lays her head on your shoulder and gives hugs. She will do it to Ben and her Grandpa the most. Ben will say "I love you" and there she goes giving him some sweet hugs.

Ashleigh and Ada and the Blur.

Notice the sassy hand on the hip! We see this a lot. When she is mad or bossy or just sassy she does this!

Grandmother threatens us with a knife. She said "If this is another bath robe, the baby gets it!"

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! She can transform herself into a round little ball. IS SHE NOT ADORABLE?? AWWWWWW

She crawls 90mph after her sister. Charleigh runs up and down the hall on her stick horse and Ada tries so hard to keep up. Just about the time Adalyn gets close Charleigh is headed the other direction. And she has to turn tail and crawl after her.

She studies her toys and watches what her sister does all of the time. She NEEDS to know what is going on.
