Seems like yesterday.......

that she was a teeny tiny baby laying there. It is sad to think about how much time changes things isn't it?

Daddy's girl

She is watching Ben put his chaps on.

It was hard to get a picture of her face because she kept looking at the bulls and saying " MOOOOOOOOO". It was like she thought if she talked to them they might come closer to her. They moved farther away.

EUREKA!!

This past weekend we went to another Outlaw Rodeo, in Eureka, MO. Always a good time. My mom and dad had to drive over to see Charleigh even if it was only a couple of hours. It was a beautiful day, even though it was a bit hot for October. Charleigh got her chaps from Mike Gillum(the owner of Outlaw). And boy are they cute. Very detailed and very well made, unlike other kid chaps I have seen. She wore them when her Daddy had his on. She kept petting them like a puppy and saying ahhhhhh.

She thinks she is going to climb into the pen with the steers, and I won't notice since I am busy takiung her picture. She was wrong, I noticed and had to stop her.

Uncle Silly

Brandon is one of our very good friends, Ben and him have been friends since Ben moved up here from Missisippi ten years ago. He is called Uncle Silly by all of his nephews and his neice. The name fits him. He is one of the goofiest guys around, like a seven year old boy. Which makes him great with kids. He has always taken to Charleigh. He plays with her every time he sees her. He is going to be a daddy on Nov. 1st. He cannot wait. He will make a good one, just like his friend did.

She is getting him with "the bee" she makes the buzzing noise while she flies her finger around and then she stings you with it and then cracks herself up. Which usually cracks the rest of us up.

She puts on the charm for some more goldfish, right after this she gave him a kiss.

and a good ole' hug

When she is really happy or excited she gives kisses like crazy, at rodeos she is a very, very sweet girl.

"awwwww c'mon mom, quit."

This is when she decided to model them. Stick the hip out and strike a pose.

Just as cute from the back. The white fringe really stands out!

Eating ice and watching the rodeo, as long as the clown stayed away. She still is TERRIFIED of rodeo clowns she cries and whines until they are out of sight.

She is giving Grandpa kisses

Rodeo Fever...

Grandma brought frozen juice boxes for Charleigh to keep cool. By the end of the day the box was destroyed. By looking at her face in this picture I would say that she is enjoying it.She is such a little faker.

Clapping for the riders.

More of her beloved juice box.

Grandma also brought ice for Charleigh's teeth. Mom is always prepared for anything. Who knew it would be so hot in October?
