Time with Cousins..

After July was born Charity, Kyren, Clementine and July came to my parents to stay 4 days. It was right before I had to go back to work from maternity leave. We lived it up and enjoyed every minute with all of us together. Charleigh and Clementine have learned to play together and share so well. Kyren is such a good big brother and cousin, he is constantly making sure the little ones are happy.

NO FEAR!

We went over to six flags the week of Ben's birthday to get away and have some fun. My Grandma came over and watched Adalyn during the day and my parents watched that evening until we got home so we could spend some one on one time with Charleigh. She was SOOOOOO EXCITED!!! When we got there she was squealing and jumping around. As soon as we went in she headed for the kiddy area. They have some pretty big slides (you have to be 42inches to go down) and Charleigh was 2 inches short. SHe didn't care she climbed up to the very top and was goning to go down all by herself but the lifegaurd said she was too little. I walked her up there later and she went down them several times (over 30). As soon as she hit the water she was saying "i want to do it again"

I LOVE FROGS

Charleigh loves to catch toads and frogs. Over the summer she has probably caught over 4o! She likes to catch them, look at them for a little while then let them go "back to their Mommas" as she says. One day this summer she had one in a black trash can with some water and a rock for the frog to climb on. The frog wasn't even in the sun...... Charleigh went back to let it go and.... the ole froggy was a goner! Charleigh was crying and was very upset. She was saying she loved her froggy. I guess she loved him to death! She couldn't believe it, poor little girl.

This frog was down in the mud by the pool. Charleigh climbed down and caught him, and just so you know.... he was not harmed. She even took him back to where she caught him to let him go.
