Horse Traders in the making.

These pictures are from last fall. Dad was selling a horse. Charleigh had been riding her some around the house to get her readyand was super excited about showing her for the lady. These pictures are of Charleigh and Clementine showing how good Carmello really is for the lady at her place. Charleigh likes to play "sale" where she pretends to ride a horse in the sale ring at the auction and we have to auction her horse off. It is funny the things she likes to do. We can thank her Grandpa for this game.

Hard to believe she is 3 isn't it?

Everytime Grandpa and Grandma come over Charleigh has to play "Mikey" with Grandpa. It basicly is Grandpa roping Charleigh and her acting like a wild horse.

Weekly visit

Since we moved closer to Mom and Dad we see them at least once a week, usually more. And Charleigh still never wants them to leave.

This is the picture Charleigh took.

When I grow up

Today when I was driving Charleigh home from preschool I asked her if she could do anything what would she want to do. Her answer?
"To be able to work with real tools, and use a real hammer on a nail, to have a dog and teach it, to be a teacher and a barrel racer and have everyone clap for her." Then she started to tell me what she would tell Clementine how and when to clap for her and then she told me the same. I always have to tell her "Bring it home Cowgirl."

What's New

Well... Ada is 10 months old this week. Yeah, I won't say it. I am sure you know that I am a little sad. She is up to so much. She still says Ma-Ma all of the time but has added a few new ones. Yesterday Ben told her "no no" which she repeated back to him. She still says Bye-bye and waves. She often repeats the noises Charleigh makes and will make a happy sound when she sees something she wants and wants you to take her to see it, or give it to her. She will squint both eyes at us when we do it to her which is too funny. She can stand and balance all by herself without holding anything, but that is really as far as it goes. She is eating mainly table food but still eats some baby food. She loves butter beans and broccoli, and any fruit. She is still as active as they come, and it is a wonder she gains any weight at all. She is so full of life and it is so sweet to see Charleigh and her play. I love having babies and kids around the house, thier laughter echoing down the hall. .

A Blast form the past.

About a month ago Ben and I met up with some friends from xray school. We ate dinner in the restaurant at the hotel and then the girls went swimmin gwhile we all just hung out. It was fun talking about old times and catching up. Tyson and Andrea. Tyson and I were the hired together as students in xray school and we all hung out together in school. Him and Andrea are expecting a little boy this summer.

Pool hug!

Having a good time after dinner.

Jump In

Charleigh learned how to swim the weekend after this. She just jumps on in like she has been doing it all her life. Sometimes she makes me worry I might have to jump in after her, but so far so good, no rescue missions! Here she goes......

??????

Yep, there she is again.

...and she goes back in again.

Day of Love

Peanut butter sandwiches for lunch.

Eating her lunch by candlelight. She kept wanting to sing Happy Birthday and blow out the candle. I think you have your holidays confused.
